Jo-Ann is Platinum Parking’s Operation & Administration Manager in Manitoba. She manages operations across the region.

With over 15 years of experience as an operations professional, Jo-Ann started her career in the hospitality industry managing restaurants across Canada, from the planning phase through to execution. She then launched her own business, gaining experience in managing multiple disciplines within an organization. Jo-Ann is committed to continuous improvement through creative and innovative solutions. Leadership abilities are one of her greatest assets, as is her determination to create a dynamic culture and deliver customer excellence to all of Platinum’s clients and customers.
