James Vergie
As Regional Manager for Platinum Parking Canada, James oversees the parking operations in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. With a team of operators throughout the locations where Platinum Parking is in operations, James focuses on instilling customer focus, client retention, and building relationships with existing, new, and potential business partners. Believing future growth is driven by past success, existing operations provide the opportunity for growth using hands-on attention, technological advancements, and exceptional attention to detail to drive growth for all parking assets.
James Vergie started his Parking Management career in 2008. Starting as the District Manager for a significant operating company being part of the Winnipeg Market, James advanced through the ranks to Senior Operations Manager for the Winnipeg parking market. Throughout his parking management career, James put forth a client-first operating style to ensure needs were always taken care of to focus on customers, cleanliness, revenues, and client-focused initiatives. Over his career, James oversaw the operations at some of the largest and some of the most challenging facilities in the Winnipeg Market implementing initiatives to build revenues, occupancies, and customer experiences. Working through major client-driven programs including full restorations, major implementations of new parking initiatives, and the COVID pandemic, being client-driven and customer-focused to ensure facilities maximized returns and stayed focused on customers.
